Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative individual to join our team as a Digital Creative Specialist. As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a critical role in enhancing our brand's online presence and driving our digital marketing efforts to new heights.

This position involves a blend of creative design, digital capabilities, continuous learning, and a keen understanding of workflows and automation. You'll have the opportunity to significantly impact our dynamic team, contributing to various projects that support our mission and client success.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organisational and time management capabilities, excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a keen understanding of workflows and automation. Creativity and innovation in digital marketing are essential for this role, as well as proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) and Canva.

A proactive attitude towards learning and professional development is also crucial, along with a down-to-earth personality and strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work both with a team and autonomously.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and update website content, ensuring optimal user experience and SEO performance.
  • Produce engaging visual content for diverse digital platforms using Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
  • Edit videos and podcasts to align with our brand's standards and voice.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to devise and execute innovative digital marketing campaigns.
  • Implement and optimise workflows and automation processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in digital marketing efforts.
