Job Overview:

About the Role:

The successful candidate will collaborate with our marketing team to implement, refine, and monitor digital marketing strategies. They will lead CRM marketing automation initiatives to achieve our agreed business goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute successful digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for alignment and effective communication
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing

Requirements:

  • Qualification in digital marketing or 3-5+ years' experience in a specialist digital marketing role
  • Relevant digital marketing certifications are highly regarded
  • Extensive digital marketing experience across agencies and in-house settings
  • Proven track record of executing successful digital marketing campaigns
  • Highly developed communication (verbal & written), teamwork, and interpersonal skills
  • High levels of initiative, self-motivation, and excellent organisational skills
  • Proficient in CRM marketing automation tools such as Microsoft Dynamics
  • Adaptable, driven personality with the ability to thrive in a competitive market place
  • A passion for doing good and improving people's lives
