**About the Role**

This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of service. This will be achieved through your demonstrated ability to train, guide and motivate team members in an environment that values friendliness, productivity, and a commitment to the professional delivery of beverage services.

**About you**

As someone with previous bar supervisory/leadership experience, you will possess a passion for delivering excellent customer service. You will have a willingness to build long-term relationships with our guests and will have impeccable grooming, presentation and communication skills.

**What we are looking for...**
- Leadership experience in a high end bar and/or restaurant.
- Knowledge of mixology and extensive knowledge of cocktails, spirits, liquor, wine and beers.
- Assist with developing the cocktail list alongside the Bar Manager.
- A commitment to providing a high standard of customer service.
- Proven leadership and people development skills.
- Exceptional communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
- Ability to motivate a team and improve performance.
- Initiative and the ability to work effectively in a small team environment.
- Flexibility with working hours is essential as nights and weekend work will be required.
- Current Qld RSA.
