As a member of our Customer Care team, you'll work across a variety of portfolios to meet customer needs.
With a customer connect team managing general enquiries, a customer operations team providing specialist support and a national R&M team backing you up, you'll be free to focus on what you do best—building strong client relationships and delivering exceptional service.
What You'll Be Doing
Like a conductor for an orchestra, you will:
Provide interim management of portfolios of properties and be the go-to contact for owners, tenants, and contractors
Deliver a standout customer experience and foster long-term client relationships
Collaborate with our Repairs & Maintenance team to coordinate quotes and work orders
Prepare and facilitate AGMs, SGMs, and Committee Meetings—agendas, budgets, minutes and all
Oversee financials and ensure compliance across portfolios
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation
Provide detailed handovers to ensure seamless transition
Mentor and support junior team members, sharing your knowledge and experience
What You'll Bring
A current driver's licence and access to a vehicle
Solid knowledge of strata/body corporate legislation and best practices
The ability to switch contexts regularly and with ease
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong attention to detail and time management
A collaborative, empathetic mindset and a passion for helping others grow
A proactive, solutions-focused approach and a desire to keep learning
