Senior Client Service Professional

About the Role:

Leading a high-performance team, you will oversee customer interactions across multiple channels. Fostering a culture of technical knowledge sharing and collaboration, you will ensure seamless service delivery.

  • Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop, implement, and review customer service policies and procedures to drive operational efficiency.

    • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of customer service specialists, providing constructive feedback and coaching for exceptional results.

    • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline workflows, resolve escalated issues, and maintain strong relationships with clients.

    • Plan and execute robust after-sales initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction, monitor performance of supplied parts, and gather vital feedback.

    • Act as a key point of contact for complex customer issues, utilising your problem-solving skills to achieve satisfactory resolutions.

Requirements:

Skills & Experience:

Proven leadership experience in customer service management or team leadership roles within technical industries.

Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and inspire a team in fast-paced environments, with a strong focus on coaching and mentorship.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with trade-savvy clientele and liaise effectively with internal technical staff.

Proven administrative skills and proficiency with CRM systems and standard office software.

Strong analytical skills to drive business growth and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

Minimum 1+ years of experience in a similar role.

Proven degree equivalent or higher.
