Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our operational activities. This is a key role within the organization, responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality services aligned with our mission and strategic vision.
Responsibilities:
Lead and develop a skilled workforce across Supply Chain and Production, fostering a quality-first mindset and a success-oriented team culture.
Manage and continuously improve the Operations functions including Quality, Supply Chain, Production, and Logistics.
Oversee the entire manufacturing process from raw materials to customer delivery, including supplier qualifications and management of service providers.
Develop and execute strategic plans for operational growth and efficiency.
Manage financial aspects of manufacturing processes, including capital investments aligned with corporate objectives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a degree or master's in operations and/or Supply Chain. Lean or Six Sigma Certification is highly desirable. The candidate should have 10+ years' work experience ideally in a multi-national organization, heavily regulated manufacturing company, Defence or Automotive. They should also have demonstrated experience in a senior leadership position, extensive operational management experience, and proven ability to form and lead teams.

This role offers a competitive salary package, reasonable domestic travel, and infrequent overseas travel. The successful candidate will be able to access information controlled under the US International Traffic of Arms Regulation (ITAR) and must satisfy police checks and employment screening verification.
