**Key Account Partner - Brisbane Office - Permanent Full Time**

- Domain Group Brisbane location has a great opportunity for a- You will have a strong ability to problem-solve, handle objections, be both proactive and reactive, great communication skills and work with different internal teams to ensure a high level customer experience.- You will have a high level understanding of the sales process and meet quarterly targets and KPI's ensuring all sales activities are appropriately documented.- You will continually connect and meet with your key client groups and industry partners to ensure Domain solutions remain relevant and desirable in a changing market. Act as a brand advocate for customers, providing feedback to relevant internal and external stakeholders.- You will have the ability to influence, drive and excel in the below:
- Meet quarterly sales targets and KPI's.
- Drive revenue growth by ensuring high levels of product utilisation.
- Maintaining and building on current customer relationships through nurturing current accounts and identifying prospects for further Domain solutions.
- Successfully define and understand customer needs, delivering Domain solutions-based proposals, and managing objections and concerns.
- Create and build on existing sales pipelines and close opportunities.
- Attend and or present at key team sales meetings, roadshow events or industry/client events.

**Who are you?**- Be highly motivated and self-driven to reach goals, targets and KPI's.
- Hold solutions-led sales meetings supported by our data insights.
- Grow on current revenue and product mix.
- Maintain and grow a number of QLD's biggest real estate brands.
- Demonstrate excellence in customer service whilst maximising the value through client engagement, driving adoption and usage across a number of product suites such as digital, print and tech.
- Manage and retain existing revenue from your direct client base, delivering on Domain Group priorities.
- Have a high level of activity with the ability to be both proactive and reactive.
- Understand the client's needs and make recommendations on the best solution.
- Be the voice of your customers providing feedback to Influence functions including Marketing, Product, Strategy and Commercial Operations.
- Being resilient, flexible and of course a team player are key - no 2 days are the same.
- Industry experience is a plus but not essential
