Software Engineering Opportunity
The School of Computer Science and Engineering is seeking a skilled Software Engineer to support a high-impact project.
Develop and implement software solutions using deep learning, natural language processing, and large language models.
Communicate practical results and provide analytical and reporting support to stakeholders.
Assist with administrative tasks related to key project deliverables.
This role involves working collaboratively with the team and taking initiative to work independently while managing competing demands.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in computing or relevant field.
2+ years of software development experience.
Good fundamentals in Transformer-based natural language processing.
Experience with deep learning methods and sequence-to-sequence models.
Proficiency in Python, including deep learning libraries such as Transformers and PyTorch.
Experience with AWS Services for software deployment and GitHub/GitLab for version control.
Stakeholder management skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
