The Role

You'll design, train, and fine-tune models from scratch, requiring expertise in real-world datasets and workflows. You'll build recursive frameworks that enable machines to reason through next actions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing chain-of-thought frameworks and multi-step reasoning agents
  • Collaborating with robotics and speech teams to integrate your models
  • Contributing to an evolving agent architecture with plans for vision-language integration
  • Helping us scale from early success to field-tested autonomy
What We're Looking For:
  • Real experience training transformer-based LLMs
  • Comfort building and managing your own datasets
  • Familiarity with agentic AI, tool-calling, or recursive planning
  • Passion for deploying ML models in the real world
  • A genuine hunger to learn, build, ship, and improve

We welcome junior candidates with 2-3 years of experience who have gone deep into LLMs. What matters most: hunger, curiosity, and deep technical understanding. PhD graduates or those with research backgrounds in LLMs/NLP/ML are also encouraged to apply, especially if you're ready to make a tangible impact.
