We are seeking a talented Applied Machine Learning Scientist/Engineer to join our research and development team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a PhD-level candidate to apply their expertise in large language models to a mission-driven project. Your work will focus on developing a personalisation engine and fine-tuning state-of-the-art open-source LLMs like LLaMa, Mistral, and DeepSeek. The goal is to create specialised LLMs that provide empathetic support to our members.

To be successful in this role, you should have deep knowledge of the internal workings of large language models. This includes hands-on expertise with model architecture, training data, and evaluation metrics. Your research will translate directly into creating high-quality AI systems that meet our member's needs.

The ideal candidate is a technical expert who thrives on solving complex problems and wants to see their expertise make a tangible impact.

  • Fine-tune state-of-the-art open-source LLMs like LLaMa, Mistral, and DeepSeek.
