As an AI Model Engineer on our team, you will play a crucial role in advancing the capabilities of our foundational models.
Key Responsibilities:
Run end-to-end fine-tuning experiments for large-scale language models.
Implement state-of-the-art algorithms from research papers to solve product challenges.
Analyze model behavior, identify failure modes, and propose data- or algorithm-based solutions.
Contribute to building and improving training and experimentation infrastructure.
Requirements:
Hands-on experience with large-scale language models in a professional or academic setting.
Strong programming skills in Python and expertise with PyTorch or TensorFlow.
Intuition for machine learning and ability to debug complex model codebases.
Rigorous, data-driven approach to experimentation.

Publication record in top-tier AI conferences.
