**Study Lead - Expansion Projects**

- Initial 12 months contracts

Looking to further develop their open pit assets in WA and beyond, this international mining organisation is moving ahead with studies on two of their expansion projects in WA. They are now looking to add 2 experienced Study Leads/Managers on initial 12-months contracts - to deliver feasibility studies on 2x $1bn expansions.

In these roles, you will be responsible for leading your respective study and deliver on the agreed business objectives. In addition to leading and guiding your team of highly skilled professionals, you will be tasked with effectively manage a wide-ranging group of internal and external stakeholders and coordinate work across multiple technical and functional disciplines.

To succeed in these crucial and high-profile roles, you will be an experienced and confident leader with a proven track record of executing and delivering major project development studies. You be able to demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively to senior management as well as your expansive and diverse team and have strong negotiation and influencing skills.

It is absolutely essential that you can communicate your commitment to safely delivering on the project objectives, have a firm grasp on Risk Management throughout all stages of a major study - as well as a strong commercial awareness.
