We are looking for a Transformation Analyst in our Sydney Office to support our Transformation Lead in taking initiatives from newly formed ideas and then translating these into tangible plans through actionable deliverables.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Analyse current processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation through digital solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify challenges, prepare, and deliver transformation projects that underpin the company strategy.
- Assist in initiative implementation through system design, specification, and business process analysis.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and development and delivery teams, to ensure effective communication on implementation goals.
- Contribute to the development of training materials related to business processes.
- Participate in testing to ensure that the implemented solutions meet the defined needs.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess the impact of the solutions.
- Develop other deliverables as required for emerging needs.

**Knowledge and Skill Requirements**:

- Education to degree level or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.
- Great attention to detail.
- Highly organised with the ability to plan workloads and achieve tight deadlines.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
- Willingness to learn quickly, adapt to new environments, and absorb new concepts and technologies.
- Enthusiastic, proactive, self-motivated and results driven.
- Comfortable being uncomfortable; operating with ambiguity and a high degree of complexity.
