The opportunity
The Executive, Group Strategy and Transformation is responsible for acting as the CEO's central point for enterprise-wide transformation, ensuring strategic alignment and coordinated execution across all verticals. This role drives group-level strategy development and orchestrates major transformation initiatives that require cross-organisational integration.

You will lead annual strategic planning processes, manage the M&A pipeline, and design enterprise transformation programs that deliver significant commercial, process, people, and client impact. The successful candidate will serve as a thought partner to the CEO and senior leadership team, providing quality assurance and pressure testing of group-wide initiatives whilst ensuring strategic alignment across all business areas.

This role offers the opportunity to shape the future direction of Quantium, drive competitive differentiation, and lead the organisation through complex transformations in an evolving AI and data science landscape.

How will you make an impact?

• Transformation orchestration: Design and coordinate enterprise transformation programs that deliver significant commercial, process, people, and client impact
• M&A and partnerships: Manage M&A pipeline and strategic partnership opportunities aligned with transformation objectives
• C Suite Partnership: Serve as a strategic thought partner to the CEO and senior leadership team, providing quality assurance and pressure testing of group-wide initiatives
• Strategic leadership: Lead annual strategic planning and group-wide strategy formulation across all verticals, driving the future direction of Quantium
• Governance excellence: Establish transformation governance frameworks, reporting mechanisms, and prioritisation processes to ensure strategic alignment

The Superpowers You'll Be Bringing To The Team

• Strategic expertise: 15+ years of experience across strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or transformation leadership roles
• Transformation leadership: Proven track record of leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives and strategic planning processes in complex organisations
• M&A experience: Deep experience in M&A processes including deal identification, due diligence, integration planning, and value realisation
• Executive presence: Exceptional communication and presentation skills with experience engaging at board and C-suite level
• Analytical thinking: Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities with ability to synthesise complex information and develop actionable insights
