Responsibilities
Identify sales opportunities with purpose and develop them into profitable and sustainable client relationships.
Drive effective client growth, acquisition, and retention strategies through ongoing account relationship management.
Participate in industry forums, conferences, and client discussions.
Foster professional relationships within a diverse customer base.
Drive commercial growth by identifying regional and inter-regional commercial business opportunities.
Support the transformation of Business Solutions to grow Supported Hosted Employment to enable long-term financial sustainability.
What you can bring
A passion for sales with prior sales experience in a cold calling environment and a proven track record in new business development.
Previous experience in commercial sales and cold calling is highly regarded.
Experience in building both new and existing customer relationships with a focus on profitability.
Strong ability to influence and implement regional strategy in complex environments with professionalism and credibility.
Ability to quickly build in-depth knowledge of the business, development practices, marketing activities, client base, and industry trends.
Consistent track record of achieving revenue targets in a sales or business development role.
Experience in the food industry and TGA is highly regarded.
