This role can be based in Surry Hills (NSW), Melbourne (VIC), Barossa or McLaren Vale(SA)

**What you'll do**:
Paragon Wine Estates, established in 2019, manages a portfolio of outstanding Australian and New Zealand wine brands, including Chapel Hill (McLaren Vale), Krondorf (Barossa Valley), Oakridge (Yarra Valley), Isabel Estate (Marlborough). Josef Chromy (Tasmania), Riddoch (Coonawarra) and Shingleback (McLaren Vale). The primary purpose of the Brand Manager for Paragon Wine Estates is to support the portfolio's strategy through the planning and delivery of annual brand plans.

Utilising rich wine product and category knowledge, the development of the brands will take a customer, retail and market view, while planning activities such as product launches, promotional activities, advertising, PR & events, as agreed with the Senior Brand Manager - Paragon Wine Estates. An integral part of the role will be ensuring a close working relationship with key stakeholders, including winemaking to collaborate on brand style and quality benchmarking.

You'll combine your stakeholder management skills, commercial acumen, brand experience and wine knowledge to build and represent a portfolio of brands within this dynamic, fast paced business.

**Your background**:
To be successful in this role, you will want autonomy, work within a supportive team environment and really thrive on total end to end brand management.

Ideally you will demonstrate considerable experience in the following key areas:

- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business or Commerce.
- Wine (or liquor) category knowledge and experience.
- Understanding and experience in end to end brand management.
- Existing experience in an Assistant Brand Manager or Brand Manager role.
- Ability to build and deliver campaigns based on insights.
- Business Acumen and strong stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Google Suite capability (particularly Sheets and Slides).
