About the Role:As the Digital and eCommerce Manager, you will play a pivotal role in spearheading the company's online presence and driving revenue through effective digital marketing strategies and eCommerce initiatives. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including managing MarTech and AdTech operations, overseeing multichannel and omni-channel reporting, and collaborating closely with various teams to ensure the timely delivery of content and materials. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Implementing and managing comprehensive digital marketing strategies, including the execution of campaigns and initiatives that drive revenue and enhance the company's online presence.
- Utilizing your expertise in MarTech and AdTech to optimize digital marketing operations and drive continuous improvement in performance and results.
- Collaborating with the warehouse team to ensure the efficient management and delivery of products, coordinating with marketing to meet and exceed revenue expectations, and contributing to the overall success of the company's sales and marketing efforts.
- Liaising with partner agencies, including PR, social media, and distribution teams, to ensure the timely delivery of content and materials that align with the company's marketing and sales objectives.

- Exceptional proficiency in MarTech and AdTech, with a proven ability to optimize digital marketing operations and drive continuous improvement in performance and results.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with various teams and external partners to ensure the timely and seamless delivery of content and materials aligned with the company's marketing and sales objectives.
