About the role
As the permanent Material Planner & Contract Packaging Support, you'll help ensure the right stock is in the right place at the right time. This role is vital to maintaining smooth production and packaging operations across ANZ by coordinating third-party suppliers, managing inventory accuracy, and supporting timely wine delivery. Your work directly supports TWE's commitment to quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Your day-to-day will involve:
Coordinate 3rd party packaging and production planning
Ensure inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies
Create and manage work orders and supplier quotes
Support compliance with food safety and quality standards
Maintain data flows between TWE and external suppliers
Assist in contract and supply agreement processes
Monitor and report on supplier performance and KPIs
Ensure timely delivery of products through effective planning
Process invoices and manage service fees for packaging
Support TWE supply chain initiatives and continuous improvement
About you
Successful applicants will be able to communicate effectively across multiple teams daily. You will possess:
Relevant administration and coordination work history
High level of initiative, drive, and attention to detail
Accomplished written and verbal communication skills
Ability to follow directions and work cooperatively with others
An open, receptive attitude to improvement, new ideas and techniques
A high level of organizational skills and time management
Sound computer skills across the Microsoft Suite – Exposure to JDE such as Enterprise One is advantageous
