We are looking for a skilled Demi Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team—an ambitious group of professionals driven by quality, creativity, and a shared love of hospitality.
Responsibilities:
Skills and experience:
Providing an elevated guest experience is in your DNA - you understand that every plate contributes to a lasting impression.
You will need to demonstrate -
Technical talents that would make any Master Chef judge weak at the knees.
A collaborative team player approach with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
You will be ambitious, proactive, and always strive to raise the bar
You will possess a great respect for workplace health and safety practices and procedures
Your time management will be second to none
Natural leadership capability - happy to train and support junior members of the kitchen brigade
You will have availability to work across a 7-day roster including shift work
Please note the successful applicant will require full Australian working rights and will be a permanent resident.
