By bringing extraordinary brands together, we create carefully considered partnerships that become meaningful collaborations for all.ResponsibilitiesManage the new product development lifecycle for our range of skincare products.Schedule, run and coordinate all project team meetings and follow our internal project management methodology "The Buzz Way".
Track all project deadlines, keep stakeholders on schedule, and escalate risks and issues to ensure quality product samples and tender documents/presentations are on time and meet Buzz standards.QualificationsPrior experience managing complex projects in skincare.Formal project management qualifications and experience using project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smartsheet or similar).
Proven experience managing and motivating cross-functional teams to deliver deadlines and drive successful outcomes.Demonstrated ability to manage project timelines and streamline processes to achieve optimal outcomes.Experience preparing tender documents would be advantageous but not essential.Buzz cultureAt Buzz, we pride ourselves on doing things in ways that inspire discovery.
