**The company**
As a growing recognised leader in the bakery industry, the organisation services over 80 well established franchised outlets across Victoria and has a branded product range sold nationally through major retailers. Based in Melbourne, but with aspirations to grow their production facilities nationally, the organisation stands at the forefront of premium products and innovation.

**The role**
This role, driving the company strategic direction, will offer you the chance to leave a significant footprint in the bakery industry. The dynamic and enthusiastic team is dedicated to meeting business growth objectives and is looking for someone with similar drive to join them.

The responsibilities of this role are as exhilarating as they are varied;
- spearhead the NPD strategy through the creation, development, and implementation of new bakery products.
- manage project timelines, allocating resources, and constantly innovating to stay ahead of industry trends.
- collaborate with the Head of Marketing and Chief of Manufacturing.
- closely watch and adapt to retail customers' changing preferences and the wholesale bakery market.
- recommend potential improvements to current product range, ensuring product quality consistently meets high standards.

**Skills & experience**
- You will have experience and passion for developing new products, sweet and savoury, in the bakery channel.
- Your products have a 'Wow' factor, can be produced at scale and profitably.
