Victorian Cardiovascular Research Network
We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our research network in Victoria. The successful candidate will drive day-to-day operations and support the growth of cardiovascular research in the region.
The role involves working closely with external stakeholders, including researchers, funding bodies, health networks, and government agencies. Key responsibilities include:
Providing secretariat support to the research network executive committee.
Coordinating high-profile events and capacity-building workshops for researchers.
Developing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders across research, health, and government sectors.
Identifying collaboration and funding opportunities that benefit the network's stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have:
Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the health and medical research environment in Victoria and Australia.
Experience in planning and delivering research, capacity building, and networking events.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
