- Talk Verticals is the team within Spotify responsible for building the best tools for podcast, video and live audio creators.

- We are looking for a hardworking and professional Podcast Creator Platform Manager to join our Studios team in Australia & New Zealand. This person will work cross-functionally with our Talk Verticals team and will be responsible for driving awareness of the Anchor platform in ANZ as well as onboarding new users and retaining existing ones.
- Through market level creator support programs, your work will contribute towards our goal of acquiring 50 million creators and a billion users. We want Spotify to be known as the creative destination for all creators.

What You'll Do
- Develop and customise programs for the ANZ market passionate about encouraging new podcast creators to discover Spotify's Anchor platform and engage with its suite of audio tools
- Be the point person for all types of Anchor creators, helping them discover and engage with the platform and ultimately grow engaged podcast audiences
- Run initiatives to connect with potential creators at scale, rather than focusing primarily on one-to-one creator interactions
- Champion a community of creators and facilitate incentive programs to retain and grow creators
- Be responsible for setting up, facilitating and speaking at events and masterclasses to educate and encourage content creators at scale
- Help to grow, launch and scale new tools for creators, so we can significantly elevate Spotify's impact on the Creator Economy
- Through analysis of local market data and insights, you will target creator outreach efforts where you believe you can drive the highest uptake and engagement of Anchor
- Collaborate with teams across Spotify including licensing, technical operations, programming, marketing, analytics and more to bring the spotlight to our creators

Who You Are
- You are a strategic communicator with a business development approach who enjoys the challenge of using focused initiatives to drive clear outcomes
- You are a people person who thrives on being able to engage with creative people from all backgrounds and perspectives
- You are knowledgeable about the Australian creator and audio industries and ideally possess an existing network of creators, influencers, talent agents, network managers or YouTubers
- You have a track record succeeding in a business development / partner facing role. Experience at a high-growth startup or creator-focused platform is a plus
- You are interested in and knowledgeable about podcasts and audio creation. It's a bonus if you have personal experience crafting your own podcast or vodcast, as it will help you intuitively understand creator needs
- You have excellent negotiating, presentation and people skills
- You are adept at analysing and interpreting data and using it to set goals
- And finally, an excellent teammate, love a challenge, and have a positive attitude
