Orange Sky is the world's-first free mobile laundry and shower service provided to people experiencing homelessness. We offer a platform for everyday Australian's to connect by creating a safe, positive and supportive environment for people who are too often ignored or who feel disconnected from the community.

**The Role**

We love sharing stories. Over the last nine years, we've _positively connected_ thousands of people simply by sharing stories and starting conversations.

Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, this fixed term contract (18 months) role will be responsible for providing support to the marketing and fundraising teams, using good digital marketing knowledge on a broad range of marketing programs and practices to support our goals of _positively connecting communities_.

In a nutshell, the Digital Marketing Campaign Specialist will:
**Make things happen**

You'll will drive brand awareness, acquisition and retention amongst new audiences through digital, and support with the implementation of integrated marketing and communications campaigns to support the delivery of business objectives. You'll ensure projects are completed to budget and within agreed timeframes, and be heavy on processes, yet fluid in your approach to getting things done - curveballs don't discourage you, because you've mastered the art of mapping the steps involved to achieve targets that lead to an outcome.

Managing stakeholders' expectations and your adaptable communication style will ensure we achieve desired campaign outcomes and targets. You'll enjoy challenging the norms - leading digital campaign strategy and project management is definitely your thing.

**Optimise and lead from within**

Leading and optimising digital, campaign and go-to market strategies will come naturally to you. You have an innate ability to use reporting and anaylitics to make data driven decisions. Encouraging and channeling creativity into a strategic, structured approach will be key in this role.

We need someone who can think outside the box, and understand our unique environment. Campaign Management is your superpower, and you'll have proven experience leading digital strategy that works across all audiences to get the desired campaign outcomes.
