**About the Role**
As the Maintenance 2IC at our state-of-the-art Grading and Packing Floor, you'll play a key role in supporting the Maintenance Manager to execute maintenance plans and lead the maintenance team. This role ensures production runs seamlessly by driving efficiency, resource allocation, and operational reliability.

**Your daily tasks will include**:

- Developing and implementing preventative maintenance programs.
- Troubleshooting and resolving equipment issues to minimise downtime.
- Managing maintenance systems and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
- Supervising and supporting the maintenance team, including training and development.
- Liaising with suppliers and stakeholders to address technical challenges.
- Supporting cross-functional teams during breakdowns and emergencies.
- Driving continuous improvement and innovation in maintenance operations.
