Today, the company controls separate businesses in Car Hire and Parking, Car Finance, and Car Sales.Alpha Car Hire (ACH) aims to make road experiences easy and affordable through a commitment to excellent customer service and a culture built on honesty, accountability, respect, trust, and loyalty.About the roleWe are currently seeking a Customer Experience Representative on a casual basis at our busy Eagle Farm branch.
You will attend to customers' vehicle hire requirements, ensuring they receive quality service and a memorable experience worth sharing or recommending.
The role operates during our branch hours from Monday to Sunday, 6am to 9pm.Your responsibilities include:Providing outstanding customer service by understanding and anticipating customer needsOpening and closing rental agreementsSelling additional rental products at the counterChecking for and recording vehicle damage and conducting maintenance checksCleaning and presenting passenger and commercial vehiclesMoving vehicles within the location and offsite for refuelling, maintenance, repairs, or other purposesReporting and managing workplace health and safety risks and incidents promptlyWe foster a performance-driven culture where your achievements are rewarded with competitive remuneration and access to benefits such as discounted products, wellness initiatives, and an Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
