Job Title: Customer Experience Representative
">We are seeking an experienced professional to provide exceptional customer service and support in a contact centre environment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering warm, caring, and valuable experiences for customers via phone, email, and written correspondence.
- Develop strong working relationships and resolve client complaints with tact and discretion.
- Work closely with colleagues to promote company values and improve the conversion of enquiries to sales appointments.
- Assist with booking promotional events at villages and provide up-to-date knowledge of company information.
About the Role
To succeed in this position, you will have:
- Minimum 2 years experience in a contact centre environment.
- Demonstrated understanding of the retirement and care sector preferred.
- Highly developed visual, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Strong working knowledge of CRM software highly regarded.
- Ability to work independently and with limited supervision.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while remaining flexible and responsive to change.
Key Responsibilities
- Previous contact centre experience essential.
- Rotating roster across 8am-5pm Monday to Friday.
- Flexible to work from home or occasionally attend office or village locations for training and coaching.
