Job Title: Customer Experience Representative

The Role:

  • Our Sales Associates are brand ambassadors, connecting products with customers and driving store success through influencing sales, providing exceptional customer service, and sharing their product and brand knowledge.
  • They will interact with people each shift, helping create special memories through dreaming, daring, caring, and delivering.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets using effective selling skills.
  • Build relationships with customers by answering queries, offering exemplary service, and tailoring your approach to individual needs and preferences.
  • Learn and confidently share Pandora product knowledge to maximize sales and provide an unforgettable customer experience.
  • Encourage customer loyalty by discussing upcoming collections and collecting customer data.
  • Assist with product deliveries, unloading, and storing items correctly in the store.
  • Maintain high standards in merchandising and store presentation, taking pride in your environment.
  • Operate the till system, handling transactions, returns, and exchanges.
