Mentor and develop team capability, promoting a learning culture and innovation.
Lead the development, optimization, and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines and related tooling.
Enhance platform monitoring, proactively resolve issues, and lead incident management.
Key Qualifications:
8+ years scripting experience with Python, Shell, JavaScript, Terraform, Ansible, and REST API integrations.
5+ years DevOps and CI/CD experience with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD.
Strong AWS experience: EC2, S3, VPC, networking, EKS (Kubernetes), and OpenShift.
Skilled in cloud automation, scaling, monitoring, and networking concepts.
Proficient in Git version control and security/monitoring tools like Snyk and Dynatrace.
Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, deployment automation, and CI/CD testing.
This role requires a strong understanding of DevOps principles, leadership skills, and technical expertise in areas such as automation, scripting, and cloud computing.
