About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Devops Engineering Manager to lead our team in designing and implementing high-performance infrastructure solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing devops teams and driving business outcomes through technical innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead daily agile devops practices, ensuring seamless collaboration between cross-functional teams
  • Represent the IS team to stakeholders, customers, and internal teams, promoting a culture of open communication and transparency
  • Organize, coordinate, and drive internal projects, focusing on efficient resource allocation and prioritization
  • Mentor engineers to improve their skills, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth
  • Identify and measure team health indicators, proactively addressing areas for improvement
  • Implement structured engineering and operations processes, ensuring consistency and excellence across all projects
Requirements:
  • Drive and a track record of going above-and-beyond expectations
  • Proven experience of software delivery using infrastructure as code
  • Proven experience managing devops teams for SAAS or similar offerings
  • Understanding of testing methodologies and maintainable code quality
  • Technical aptitude for understanding complex distributed systems
  • Experience with cloud topologies and technologies
  • Ability to travel twice a year, for company events up to two weeks long
