**Description**:
The Corporate Communications Manager role is an exciting role for a highly collaborative, passionate communications enthusiast who understands the strategic role internal communications can make in an organisations' employee engagement and outcomes. Central to this role is bringing to life stories from across our organisation that reflect our business strategy, and demonstrate how we are delivering on our mission to improve outcomes for our residents.

Reporting into the GM Strategic Communications, you will lead our internal communications function, which supports the CEO and Group Executive Team to communicate with staff on priority areas in a cohesive, integrated and strategic manner.

A self-starter with experience in change management and organisational transformation communications and a passion for engaging employees through communications, this role is the primary Internal Communications function of a dynamic National Team. The focus of the Corporate Communications Manager role is to enhance employees' awareness of the organisation's strategy while fostering and increasing employee and resident engagement.
This role requires a best-practice, multi-disciplinary communications approach to enhance engagement and corporate culture within teams and connect our people across the organisation via a range of existing internal channels and the development of new ones, including the intranet, electronic, social and printed communications,, staff events and employee engagement initiatives.

This role will see you build and strengthen relationships with key internal stakeholders, whilst overseeing internal communication governance guidelines and programs to improve and uplift effectiveness and efficiency of internal communications.

**Skills and Experiences**:
**About You**:
We're searching for a passionate, collaborative and driven communication leader who'll develop and implement a strategic and innovative internal communications strategy.
You'll be able to draw upon your experience in change management communication, a strong sense of cultural awareness, strategic thinking and an ability to provide a consistent message that supports change.
In addition to formal qualifications in communications, journalism or related background, you'll have significant experience developing and implementing strategic internal corporate communications utilising a variety of channels.
