ABOUT THE ROLE:

As the Corporate Communications Manager, you will be responsible for and delivering Vitrafy's internal and external communication strategy. Reporting to the CEO, this role will ensure consistent, professional, and compelling messaging across all communication channels, including the company website, LinkedIn, investor updates, customer communications, and internal staff engagement.

You will work closely with the Executive Management Team, Business Development, and Marketing to build and protect Vitrafy's brand and voice, ensuring communication aligns with corporate values, regulatory obligations, and strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and present investor communications, including quarterly reports, results presentations, and AGM materials.
  • Partner with the Executive Management Team to create aligned, customer-facing communication materials, where required.
  • Support internal departments with communication execution, ensuring clarity and consistency across all channels.
  • Develop and manages the content calendar for external communications including LinkedIn, website updates, and corporate publications, managing relationships with external stakeholders including media, partners, and communication vendors.
  • Prepare and coordinate the release of strategic communications for stakeholders including customers, investors, and staff, upholding Vitrafy's communication guidelines and tone of voice across the organisation.
  • Support the development of, implement, and manage marketing communication strategies to support brand awareness, customer engagement and business growth.
  • Support event marketing, product launches, and other initiatives through targeted communication strategies and materials, measuring and evaluating communication effectiveness through analytics, feedback, and engagement metrics.
  • Ensure all published materials are reviewed, approved maintained and stored in accordance with corporate and internal governance standards and processes.

ABOUT YOU:

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a communications or corporate affairs role.
  • Experience writing for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Previous experience in an ASX and familiarity with investor relations or corporate reporting standards.
  • Experience within the biomedical, healthcare or life sciences sectors – highly regarded.
  • Postgraduate qualifications in communications, media or business – highly regarded.

Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong digital communication capability, including web and social media content creation.
  • Ability to distil complex or technical content into clear, engaging language.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills.
  • Superior problem-solving skills; ability to respond thoughtfully to communication challenges, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.
