**The Role**
Be part of a dynamic team who partner with senior business stakeholders to execute on strategic Trans-Tasman projects. Your role will include partnering with and coaching senior leaders to enable informed people and culture related decisions that drive business performance, cultural change and engage our people with our purpose.
You will lead and execute initiatives that include enterprise-wide projects, divisional people strategy initiatives and cyclical culture, performance, and talent activities. With a Group wide remit, you will have an exciting opportunity to work in a true Trans-Tasman team.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Partner with business stakeholders in the design and implementation of operating models and organisational structures that optimise business performance and are aligned to our organisational design principles.
- Partner with, and coach, senior leaders to enable effective leadership decisions through the provision of people related advice that is commercial, compliant with internal and external regulatory frameworks, data informed, and ensures the safety and wellbeing of our people in the workplace
- Lead the change implementation (including communication and embedment) of key strategic engagements in partnership with the HR Strategic Business Partners, Centre of Excellence teams and business stakeholders
- Contribute to Trans-Tasman business priorities as allocated by the Manager, Specialist Partnering, to ensure the success of the wider P&C function
- Lead consulting engagements into operational people related challenges, by exploring qualitative and quantitative data and insights, root cause analysis, solution formulation and business recommendation.
**Skills & Experience**
- Demonstrated prior experience in a similar P&C position in a complex business environment
- Demonstrated prior experience in leading business re-structuring and change programs
- Experience in providing trusted P&C advice and guidance to senior leaders
- Experience implementing OD initiatives such as talent and culture programs
- Strong business partnering, influencing, negotiation and organisation skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Project management skills
- Intermediate MS Office skills
- Experience with HRIS systems
- Tertiary degree in Human Resources Management (or similar discipline) desired
