**About the role**:
Officeworks is seeking a highly organised and detail-orientated individual to join our Brand team as a Studio Lead. Reporting to the Studio Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the brand team in various marketing and branding initiatives and will play a crucial role in coordinating and managing the development and execution of artwork across different touchpoints.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

- Coordinating brand design artwork development: Work with the brand design team and internal/external stakeholders to ensure that briefs are correctly defined, provide the necessary information for designers, address any queries, and ensure a smooth flow of communication.
- Managing timelines and workflow: Actively manage timelines and workflow to ensure that all artwork development is delivered on time and within budget, communicate timings with stakeholders, and keep work in progress (WIPs) and worklists up to date.
- Supporting Studio Team: Work closely with the Studio Manager, Studio Leads and
- Co-ordinators to maintain digital, in-store, photography, private label and CX workflow processes and support in managing these workflows effectively.
- Ensuring a consistent customer experience: Contribute to maintaining a consistent customer experience for brands across all touchpoints.

We operate a hybrid working environment at Officeworks - a combination of working from home (WFH) and our new corporate office in Chadstone.

**About you**:

- Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proven ability to estimate design time accurately and fairly for different design projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Hands-on experience with design production processes.
- A passion for the creative industry and a keen interest in staying up to date with innovations and industry trends.
- A pragmatic approach to work, with the ability to prioritise projects and tasks effectively.
- Genuine interest in marketing and project management.
- Strong coordination, planning, and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and remain calm under pressure.
