Fitness Studio Lead

We are seeking a Fitness Professional to lead our studio in Southbank, working 20-30 hours a week. Our unique fitness concept combines Pilates, low-impact functional movements, and yoga to promote overall health and wellbeing.

Our daily workouts vary, incorporating whole-body movements to elevate heart rates and provide general fitness conditioning, as well as targeted exercises to increase strength and endurance of upper, lower, and core muscles. We strive to restore equilibrium within the body and mind for optimal health.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain high-quality class delivery, promoting an energetic and welcoming environment for clients.
  • Assist with managing the studio and its staff.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service at all times.
  • Support daily studio operations as requested.
  • Contribute to the growth of the studio.
  • Promote membership acquisition and retention through referral/lead generation activities.
  • Foster a positive sales process.
  • Develop local area marketing/outreach and organic social media platforms.
  • Ensure adherence to studio practices/processes.
  • Maintain a clean and organized studio environment.
  • Stay up-to-date with all workouts and athletic updates.

Requirements:

  • Hold one of the following qualifications: Reformer/Pilates (Cert 3/4), 200hr Yoga certified.
  • PREFERRED: Reformer Pilates, Mat Pilates certified.
  • Current First Aid & CPR certification.
  • Passionate about transforming lives and building a strong community.
