**Cage VIP Operations and Service Manager**

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Cage VIP Operations & Service Manager to join the Cage and Count team at Crown Melbourne. The Cage is responsible for all customer financial transactions at Crown.

Reporting to the Group General Manager - Cage and Count, the Cage VIP Operations & Service Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the Cage service operations in all VIP Gaming areas across all customer segments.

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Providing personalised customer service to Crowns VIP customers with all financial related transactions.
- Assist with planning and implementing business initiatives across the Cage Department.
- Train and develop the Cage Operations team for progression and succession planning.
- Liaise and assist internal departments and external organisations, to ensure compliance is maintained for all required policies and procedures.
- Partner effectively across the business to develop and deploy targeted service-related strategies.
- Ensure Crowns AML/CTF responsibilities are being met by all patrons and Cage operational staff.
- Ability to work a flexible roster and to be on call 24/7 for any operational matters.

**Key Selection Criteria**:

- Experience in a customer face-to-face role relating to financial services.
- Management experience with direct reports required.
- Experience in a Gaming or Financial Industry - Preferred.
- Experience working in a regulatory environment with an awareness of AML/CTF reporting obligations.
