Job Opportunity: Cage VIP Operations Manager

Crown Melbourne invites you to join their team as a Cage VIP Operations Manager. This role will involve leading and managing the Cage service operations in all VIP Gaming areas, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring compliance with AML/CTF regulations.

The ideal candidate will have experience in customer-facing roles, management experience, and knowledge of gaming or financial industries. They should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage Cage service operations in VIP Gaming areas
  • Provide exceptional customer service to VIP customers
  • Ensure compliance with AML/CTF regulations
  • Develop and implement business initiatives across the Cage Department
  • Train and develop the Cage Operations team for progression and succession planning

Requirements:
  • Experience in customer-facing roles
  • Management experience with direct reports required
  • Knowledge of gaming or financial industries preferred
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills
