**What you will be working on**:
You will be responsible for owning and driving our Performance Marketing Program, across the commercial brands portfolio (AEG Powertools, Kango Hand tools & Accessories & Empire Hand Tools) through our primary performance channels - paid search, social & digital video.

Working in a fast-paced environment, you'll have the freedom to own and grow the Digital Performance Marketing Program for three premium brands in the power tools industry.

**What your day-to-day looks like**:

- Lead, coach & mentor the Social Media Specialist to develop, execute, analyse & optimize the social media strategy, maintaining an annual social planner for both paid & organic activity
- Develop, execute and manage cross-channel performance marketing plans across key digital marketing platforms & channels with the support of the Social Media Specialist & our Media Agency
- End-to-end management of our Paid Search and Meta Business Ads campaigns across all commercial brands
- Work closely with our SEM Agency & Digital Platforms Team to identify and implement opportunities for efficiency across our organic and paid search activity
- Collaborate with the broader Customer Strategy Team to extend campaigns into digital channels
- Tracking, optimising, learning, reporting, repeating will be what you love doing with commercial opportunities and ROI your end goal

**What you will bring**:

- Marketing or Digital Marketing Degree qualified or significant industry experience
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role, managing social media, SEM and digital media in a large B2C organisation
- Demonstrated experience managing pay-per-click accounts spending $10,000+/mo
- Demonstrated experience in an online high-volume e-commerce environment
- Ability to identify commercial drivers and understand the competitive landscape
- Strong analytical skills - able to critically consider information, articulate a business case
- Ability to develop strong business relationships
