The Social Media Specialist is a strategic player in driving the growth of our organisation by harnessing creative, performance, and digital media skills to engage target audiences, drive sales, and enhance brand metrics.
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies that align with business objectives and meet target audience needs.
- Collaborate with external creative agencies to ensure high-quality content production and timely campaign execution.
- Manage day-to-day social media operations across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Monitor and analyse performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Work closely with paid media specialists to optimise campaign efficiency and align social activity with performance marketing goals.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends, platform updates, and competitor activity to maintain a competitive social presence.
- At least 3+ years' experience in social-first or performance marketing roles.
- Strong expertise in digital media performance channels, including Meta and TikTok.
- Proven ability to manage content calendars, creative workflows, and approval processes efficiently.
- Knowledge of overall digital marketing performance channels and technology, including Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager.
