Performance Manager Job Overview

This role involves collaborating with performance teams to develop and execute strategies for clients using search engine marketing (SEM) tactics.

A key requirement is proficiency in core media planning, buying, and reporting tools, such as SEM, Google Ads, Social Platforms, GA4, SA360, and Campaign Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Digital Director in implementing digital media plans across the online landscape.
  • Digital media planning & activation, responding to briefs, media partner management, and negotiation.
  • Digital media reporting & insights, and supporting the Digital Director with driving innovation within the client's digital strategy.
  • Client administration, including workflow, contact reports, and timeline management.
Requirements
  • A strong understanding of paid social, display, and search media channels.
  • Demonstrated experience and technical skillset with SA360, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ad Scripts, Ads Editor, and Campaign Manager.
  • Experience in implementing and managing tracking solutions using Google Tag Manager, including setting up conversion tracking, custom dimensions, and event tracking.
  • A comprehensive understanding of the Australian media landscape with a focus on digital and performance media.
