**ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY**
The Paid Media Specialist will be responsible for supporting paid media strategy by monitoring performance, and reporting to clients. This person will also be expected to develop insights aligning with data trends and changes.
**ABOUT THE RESPONSIBILITIES**
Reporting to the Paid Media Manager, the Paid Media Executive will be responsible for helping drive client success within their own book of business and for contributing to a team environment to drive client results and internal revenue for Search and Social Paid Media.
Duties of the Paid Media Executive (Search & Social):
- Support end-to-end multi-channel strategy to align with business goals and initiatives (Lead-Gen & Ecommerce)
- Own channel measurement: tracking, monitoring, and optimizing performance against critical metrics
- Coordinate with Client Lead and stakeholders around creative requirements
- Help develop creative testing roadmap and participate in creative briefing and performance
- Provide account changes and optimizations to the Account Manager and any other pertinent team members
- Set up, optimize and execute paid media campaigns using ad platforms
- Write and review copy for paid ad campaigns informed by NP Digital's best practices
- Monitor daily advertising spend per channel to align with client's monthly budget pacing
- Collaborate with Client Lead to report on campaign performance and provide strategic recommendations to clients
- Create campaigns based on the buyer's journey using audience insights and competitive analysis tools
- Build projections and forecasting calculations as it pertains to incremental client growth
- Manage the day-to-day team activities, project management and task prioritization, campaign best practices and tools adoption
**ABOUT YOU**
- 2-3 Years of hands-on experience setting up, optimizing and reporting on Paid Search & Social campaigns
- Proven experience with Facebook and Google Ads, TikTok, Bing, LinkedIn, Reddit, Pinterest, Amazon, Cartology and Coles would be beneficial but not essential
- Experience using Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
- Experience setting up Facebook Ads include pixel tracking and configuration
- Knowledge of eComm/Retail/Shopping marketing tactics
