Job Opportunity
The NDIS Service Coach will play a pivotal role in empowering Self-Managed Teams to achieve their full potential. This position requires a unique blend of leadership skills, industry expertise, and a passion for person-centred care.
Key Responsibilities:
Foster collaborative, capable, and client-focused Self-Managed Teams (SMTs)
Guide support workers to take on leadership roles with clarity and purpose
Ensure team stability, oversee worker allocations, and manage service intake and planning
Engage regularly with the team, promoting a strong culture and proactive practice
Educate staff on quality, safeguarding, and compliance best practices
Respond to incidents, facilitate debriefs, and drive reflective practice
Champion feedback tools like PQFactor to enhance culture, accountability, and improvement
Provide regular reporting insights to contribute to organisational service intelligence
Requirements:
Experience in the NDIS sector, with a deep understanding of NDIS Practice Standards
Leadership or coaching experience, formal or informal
Passion for strengths-based approaches and person-centred care
Excellent communication, time management, and organisational skills
A love for building meaningful relationships
Driver's licence and a reliable vehicle
NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
