Case Manager

This is a pivotal role in helping customers find suitable employment and assist them in overcoming challenges they may be facing on a personal and/or professional front.

The Case Manager will play a crucial part in supporting customers to achieve their goals and improve their employability skills. They will work closely with customers to identify their strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT) and develop tailored plans to help them overcome barriers to employment.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. They will also have strong administration skills and IT literacy, including data entry, word processing, and spreadsheets.

Responsibilities:
  • Coaching and mentoring customers on employability skills
  • Finding job opportunities that match customer needs
  • Referring customers to external support networks where necessary
  • Accurately documenting customer information within the organization's systems
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong administration skills and IT literacy
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
  • Willingsness to complete a Certificate IV in Employment Services (fully funded)
