Project Manager Role SummaryThis project manager will oversee product introductions, discontinuations, and packaging projects across global and local teams to ensure compliant, timely, and cost-effective outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Manage New Product Introductions (NPIs) and End-of-Lifecycle processes
- Oversee printed packaging materials throughout their lifecycle
- Act as Subject Matter Expert for printed materials during audits and investigations
- Drive continuous improvement and contribute to global initiatives
- Support vendor changes and resolve supply chain issues
- Couch and mentor Project Associates
- Tertiary qualification in business or relevant discipline
- Strong project management and organisational skills
- Experience in pharmaceutical or regulated environment preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement abilities
- Knowledge of GMP, change control systems, and regulatory labelling requirements highly desirable
