We are seeking an accomplished Merchandise Lead to drive our business forward in the Apparel and Footwear performance and lifestyle market. With a strong focus on consumer trends, this role will excel in building profitable and consumer-centric assortments for the ANZ market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Global and Regional brand principles to develop key brand strategies.
  • Execute continuous review of the marketplace with sales, commercial, and direct-to-consumer functions.
  • Build relevant and consumer-centric assortments via channel and segmentation models.
  • Develop robust pricing architecture to accelerate brand positioning while maximising commercial outcomes.
  • Collaborate with wholesale customers on special projects, seasonal requirements, and product developments.
  • Play a key role in GTM touchpoints with sales and direct-to-consumer teams.
  • In conjunction with commercial teams, drive the assortment planning process including market capacities, net sales, and margin requirements.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated at least 2+ years in merchandising capacity in footwear, apparel, or accessories lead consumer product industry.
  • Astute understanding of Sports Performance, Running & Fashion markets.
  • Must be creative, strategic, analytical, innovative, and a problem-solver.
  • Skilled in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word. Design skills are a plus but not essential.
  • Ability to work autonomously and take direction from multiple stakeholders.
  • Confident presenting in front of small to large internal teams.
  • Available for domestic and international travel as required.
