Job Opportunity
As a software engineering manager, you will be responsible for leading an engineering team that focuses on the integration of Ubuntu with various hardware platforms and software stacks.

Lead a team of engineers to design and implement the best Ubuntu integration for IoT and server-class hardware platforms.
Work closely with commercial partners to deliver a high-quality Ubuntu experience on their platforms.
Develop your team through coaching, mentoring, and feedback.
Oversee commercial engagements and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
Maintain strict quality and reliability standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Collaborate with other teams to align on product architecture and roadmaps.
Requirements
Experience working with Linux distributions, Debian packaging, and high-performance server-class hardware.
Proven ability to manage or lead software engineering teams.
Understanding of agile software development methodologies.
Effective communication and collaboration skills across multiple internal teams.
Strong English language skills, both written and oral.
Bachelor's degree in a technology field or equivalent qualification.
