Electrical Engineering Leadership Position

We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled Electrical Superintendent to join our Energy and Utilities team in Perth, WA.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all activities related to Electrical engineering disciplines, ensuring that all project activities are carried out efficiently, safely, and in accordance with the schedule, quality requirements, and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership of site teams and management of subcontractors
- Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
- Closely working with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of all project phases
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in Electrical Engineering (preferred)
- Relevant industry certifications (e.g., Project Management, HSE) (desirable)
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the construction, mining, or resources sector, with a proven track record in managing teams
- Extensive experience in managing electrical engineering on large-scale projects
- Demonstrated ability to manage and lead large, diverse teams and subcontractors
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage and coordinate multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent knowledge of project management tools and processes, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Proficient in MS-Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project)
