Electrical Engineering Leadership Position

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to lead our team and drive the successful delivery of high-quality electrical engineering solutions. This is a key role within our organisation, responsible for providing technical guidance and oversight across a range of projects.
About the RoleThis position will involve working closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver electrical engineering solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations. Key responsibilities will include:
- Providing technical leadership and expertise to support project delivery
- Developing and implementing electrical design plans and specifications
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks
- Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard, on time and within budget
To be considered for this role, you will need to have:
- A tertiary qualification in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Strong experience in an equivalent industrial area, preferably with a focus on electrical design and implementation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Skill in project planning, budgeting, estimating, and cost control for electrical scope
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
