We are looking for an enthusiastic Team Leader to work in JUCY's Brisbane branch, to lead, coach and mentor a team of ON Road customer telephone consultants, oversee the operational management and increase efficiencies across the team or wider business.

To be an effective Team Leader, you will need to have a sense of adventure, patience and fantastic problem-solving skills. No two days will be the same for you, but with a positive, can-do attitude and a strong customer focus you will have the keys to success.

**What you need to have**:

- Good geographical knowledge of NZ and AU
- Basic knowledge of Motor Vehicles
- A clean Drivers license
- Strong commercial awareness and business acumen
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Fluent English)
- Legal rights to work in AU
