**About the role**
Reporting to a Program Manager, this role will see you keep the project/s and all related processes running smoothly by performing day to day project tasks such as reporting and administration and the coordination of resources, activities, equipment and information, as per job deliverables and expectations. Other responsibilities include,
- Liaising with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives
- Ensuring that clients' needs are met as the project evolves
- Monitoring and tracking project's progress and manage any issues or risks that arise
- Acting as the point of contact and communicate project status adequately to all stakeholders (internal and external)
- Managing Project financials

**Skills & Experience**
- Supporting Project Managers in the delivery of projects or similar
- Exposure to resource management, accounting systems, reporting systems, business processes
- Liaising with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives
- Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
- Utilising project management tools to monitor working hours, budget and plans

To be successful in this role, you will have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Whilst being able to build rapport quickly and maintain effective working relationships across all levels of the business.
